        Het project "Wegenstructuur Brainport Park – Hoofdinfra" omvat het in een bouwteam uitwerken van de inpassingsvisie (schetsontwerp) voor de civiele kunstwerken en het Definitief Ontwerp (DO) voor de overige infrastructuur tot een Uitvoeringsontwerp (UO). Een ieder draagt ontwerpverantwoordelijkheid op basis van zijn/haar inbreng.

        De werkzaamheden vinden plaats in stadsdeel Strijp in de gemeente Eindhoven (zie bijlage VI).


      4. Description of the procurement:

        Het project bestaat in hoofdlijnen uit:

        1) ontwerpen van 5 civiele kunstwerken op basis van de inpassingsvisie, waarvan 2 kunstwerken zijn aangewezen met een bijzondere vormgeving (KW2 en KW3) en 3 functionele civiele kunstwerken tot een VO;

        2) uitwerken van een VO hoofdconstructie van de civiele kunstwerken tot een DO. Na goedkeuring van de opdrachtgever het DO uitwerken tot een UO:

        — KW1 brug in de GDC-weg over het Beatrixkanaal (circa 60 m1 overspanning circa 14 m1 breed),

        — KW2 brug in de GDC-weg over Ekkersrijt (circa 60 m1 overspanning circa 14 m1 breed),

        — KW3 brug in de Eindhovensedijk/Oirschotsedijk over de nieuwe Spottersweg (circa 80 m1 overspanning circa 8 m1 breed),

        — KW5 brug in de toegangsweg naar BIC-zuid over het Beatrixkanaal (circa 60 m1 overspanning circa 28 m1 breed),

        — KW6 Fietsbrug brug over het Beatrixkanaal parallel aan Landsard (circa 60 m1 overspanning circa 5 m1 breed).

        3) Uitwerken VO voor het wegendeel tot een UO (Raamovereenkomst). Het gaat om ruim 6 km weg (61 000 m2) en 3 km fietspad (13 000 m2).

        4) Integreren van de meest optimale bouwmethode van het ontwerp;

        5) Maken van een plan van aanpak (met o.a. fasering, planning, bouwmethode);

        6) Na overeenstemming van de prijsvorming in het bouwteam, behoort het uitvoeren van de volgende werkzaamheden tot de opdracht:

        — opbreken verhardingen, riolering en groen,

        — aanbrengen tijdelijke voorzieningen en hulpconstructies,

        — grondwerk,

        — vervanging en aanleg nieuwe riolering,

        — aanleg van wegen, paden en groenstroken,

        — aanleg 5 civieltechnische kunstwerken,

        — coördineren explosieven onderzoeken,

        — coördineren werkzaamheden openbare verlichting,

        — coördineren werkzaamheden kabels en leidingen,

        — coördineren werkzaamheden VRI.
