         De Aanbestedende dienst nodigt Potentiële Inschrijvers uit een Inschrijving in te dienen voor de Europese aanbesteding “3 golven van het arbeidsaanbodpanel”.

         Sinds 1986 wordt iedere 2 jaar een onderzoek gehouden onder een panel van werkenden en niet-werkenden. Dit zogeheten arbeidsaanbodpanel levert informatie op over de situatie van werkenden en niet-werkenden op de arbeidsmarkt.

         De aan te besteden opdracht betreft het uitvoeren van het veldwerk van de 3 eerstvolgende golven van het arbeidsaanbodpanel. Deze worden gehouden in de jaren 2018, 2020 en 2022. De 3 golven worden in 1 keer aanbesteed. De reden hiervoor is dat het niet wenselijk is snel van veldwerkbureau te wisselen, vanwege het risico op trendbreuken.
