         De Gemeente Westvoorne is voornemens om middels deze Europese aanbestedingsprocedure met één Inschrijver een overeenkomst aan te gaan voor het uitvoeren van parkeerdiensten binnen de gemeente Westvoorne, meer precies rond de twee strandslagen van de kern Rockanje. De afgelopen jaren is er positieve ervaring opgedaan met het uitbesteden van de

         Parkeerdiensten aan een private partij, waarbij de gemeente zelf de regie in handen houdt.

         De kennis en ervaring van een ervaren private partij dient in de komende jaren ertoe te leiden dat Westvoorne haar dienstverlening blijft optimaliseren. Het aangaan van een nieuwe overeenkomst biedt een goede gelegenheid om een kwaliteitsslag te maken.

         Er zal een overeenkomst worden afgesloten voor een periode van twee jaar met een optie om nog eens één jaar te verlengen.
