         Tilburg University wenst 1 opdrachtnemer te contracteren voor het onderhoud aan haar terreinen en groenvoorzieningen op en rondom de campus. Tevens dient dezelfde opdrachtnemer bij winterse omstandigheden te voorzien in het ijsvrij maken en het bestrijden van gladheid op de campus van Tilburg University.

         De precieze werkzaamheden waarop de opdracht betrekking heeft zijn nader omschreven in het RAW-bestek dat als bijlage 1 is toegevoegd bij dit beschrijvend document.

         Naast de contractuele onderhoudswerkzaamheden die beschreven zijn in het RAW-bestek zijn er incidenteel werkzaamheden omtrent terrein- en/of tuinaanleg of groenontwikkeling te verrichten. Indien deze buitencontractuele werkzaamheden begroot worden op een bedrag boven de 50 000,- EUR, houdt aanbestedende dienst zich het recht voor om de werkzaamheden in concurrentie uit te vragen.
