         De aanbesteding betreft de opdracht: Doorontwikkeling KR8, ten behoeve van Rijkswaterstaat, met zaaknummer 31144302. Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het selecteren en contracteren van 1 Opdrachtnemer die volledig in de behoefte kan voorzien om leidinggevenden en KR8 deskundigen te ondersteunen in de Leantransitie naar de gewenste continuverbetercultuur, waarbij alle medewerkers, onafhankelijk van rol en positie kennis opdoen en deze toepassen in hun dagelijkse werkpraktijk in hun (natuurlijke) team. De door Opdrachtnemer in te zetten Leancoaches richten zich dus primair op de (door)ontwikkeling van KR8 deskundigen en leidinggevenden, zodat die groep versterkt wordt met als einddoel dat Opdrachtnemer Rijkswaterstaat in staat stelt om na afloop van de samenwerking zelfstandig de transitie verder vorm te geven en uit te voeren.
