         Namens en in opdracht van de Opdrachtgever zoals beschreven in het Beschrijvend document wordt door het Inkoop Uitvoeringscentrum Bedrijfsvoering (IUC BV) Rijkswaterstaat te Utrecht, een openbare Europese aanbesteding gehouden overeenkomstig de Aanbestedingswet 2012.

         Deze opdracht betreft het inrichten van een 1e lijns ICT helpdesk en het uitvoeren van 1e lijns ICT klantcontacten, het uitvoeren van ondersteunende 2e lijns ICT werkzaamheden op landelijke locaties van Rijkswaterstaat en ten behoeve van de werkzaamheden het verzorgen en beheren ICT KA hardware voorraden.

         De Overeenkomst wordt aangegaan voor een periode van 3 jaar met voor Opdrachtgever een optie tot verlenging van maximaal 3 x 1 jaar.
