         Doelstelling van deze aanbestedingsprocedure is dat UWV de beschikking krijgt over een overeenkomst waarmee UWV het eeuwigdurend gebruiksrecht op Standaard software voor ETL+ tooling verwerft met onderhoud en support en de bijbehorende ondersteuning in de vorm van (technische) consultancy en trainingen kan afroepen. ETL is de afkorting van Extraction, Transformation and Load. Het benoemt de processen die gebruikt worden om gegevens uit verschillend gestructureerde databases te verenigen in een andere database, veelal een datawarehouse. De gewenste functionaliteit omvat naast de basis ETL-functies, ook de besturing van ETL flows, de beheerfunctionaliteit en de ontwikkel/test functionaliteit. Daarbovenop heeft UWV behoefte aan tooling die de organisatie ondersteunt bij datakwaliteit management, metadatamanagement en gegevens maskering. In verband met deze aanvullende onderdelen op ETL spreekt UWV over ‘ETL+’. De initiele looptijd van de overeenkomst bedraagt 7 jaar.
