         Als gevolg van de Brexit is besloten dat het European Medical Agency (EMA) uit Londen zal verhuizen naar Amsterdam. De EMA wordt tijdelijk gehuisvest in het Spark-gebouw in Amsterdam-Sloterdijk. Dit pand wordt op dit moment gereed gemaakt voor bewoning door EMA tot het nieuwe gebouw op de Zuidas wordt opgeleverd. De planning is dat op 15.11.2019 het gebouw voor de definitieve huisvesting door de EMA kan worden betrokken. Op deze datum zullen de eerste medewerkers in het pand gehuisvest worden.

         Dit betekent dat de te verzorgen facilitaire voorzieningen op de verschillende gebieden uitsluitend zijn bedoeld voor de tijdelijke huisvesting (Spark-gebouw). De te gunnen Opdracht heeft alleen betrekking op het inrichten en verzorgen van de facilitaire voorzieningen voor de duur van de Dienstverleningsovereenkomst zolang gebruik wordt gemaakt van het Spark-gebouw.          U dient rekening te houden bij de omvang van de opdracht met:

         • Het aantal medewerkers van EMA bedraagt ca 850 medewerkers.

         • Omdat het ontvangen van buitenlandse delegaties een belangrijk onderdeel is van de dagelijkse invulling van taken waarin de positie van EMA zich bevindt dient als uitgangspunt te worden genomen dat er dagelijks ongeveer 250 buitenlandse gasten met name gebruik maken van de verschillende faciliteiten die zich in het Spark-gebouw bevinden.

         Ten aanzien van de verschillende facilitaire aandachtsgebieden dient rekening te worden gehouden met de aantallen in eenheden of personen zoals die in het BD in paragraaf 2.2 zijn opgenomen.
