         Vanaf het najaar van 2018 zal jaarlijks een monitoring worden uitgevoerd naar de naleving van de voedingsindustrie. De uitgangspunten voor de monitoring dienen jaarlijks afgestemd te worden met het ministerie van VWS, die op haar beurt hiervoor in overleg treedt met belanghebbende partijen zoals de Alliantie Stop Kindermarketing en de FNLI. Het is sterk aan te raden voor de Opdrachtnemer om voor de uitvoering van de monitoring in overleg te treden met dergelijke relevante partijen, waaronder ook het Voedingscentrum en de Stichting Reclamecode.

         In de Opdracht wordt inzichtelijk gemaakt of kinderen in de leeftijdscategorie 0 tot 13 jaar (opgesplitst in de doelgroepen 0 tot 7 en 7 tot 13 jaar) worden blootgesteld aan reclame en marketing voor voeding(smiddelen), met aandacht voor de volgende kanalen:
