         De Opdrachtnemer wordt gevraagd om ad hoc en op korte termijn inzicht te hebben of te verkrijgen en te bieden, in data die betrekking heeft op het gebruik en de kosten van extramurale geneesmiddelenverstrekking in Nederland. Dit is o.a. van belang voor het snel en adequaat kunnen beantwoorden van Kamervragen en het maken van beleid. Daarnaast is het benodigd voor de volgende specifieke onderdelen:

         — het maken van berekeningen met betrekking tot het doelmatig voorschrijven van geneesmiddelen door huisartsen en medische specialisten,

         — het per kwartaal via een ‘factsheet’ informeren van Opdrachtgever met betrekking tot relevante ontwikkelingen in de geneesmiddelenverstrekking,

         — het per kwartaal via rapportages informeren over het gebruik, de volumes en prijzen van geneesmiddelen waarvoor een financieel arrangement is afgesloten.
